Tri-State Tech Consulting shall maintain exclusive trust and confidence any information relating and/or pertaining to its clients. Such information will remain classified and shall not be disclosed to anyone, under any circumstances. This includes any and all work performed or discussed and payments received or rendered. Work orders and service records, quotes etc.. will remain protected as well.
